Charles City, Iowa could not conceivably be more ecstatic that Cambrex Corporation has elected to invest to this magnitude in the community.

Thanks are owed Iowa Economic Development Authority for supporting this substantive project. Our partners at IEDA deserve commendations for competence.

Charles City is exceedingly fortunate to be able to accommodate a company with the financial capacities to invest nearly $150 million locally. With this investment comes exciting new employment opportunities with outstanding wage rates and benefits.

When one is fortunate enough to work on a Cambrex project, it is realized that this is a world class facility – both in terms of technology and people. This is testament to the teamwork and character and professionalism embodied and ingrained at the firm.

Congratulations and many future successes to Cambrex Charles City, Inc. We need to acknowledge what an integral and influential role Cambrex plays in our local and regional and state economies, our social infrastructure, and our collective continuous pursuit of community betterment.
