Avenue of the Saints Development Park Receives 1st in State GOLD Certified Site Status

We have been notified by Quest and the Iowa Economic Development Authority that the CCADC's Avenue of the Saints Development Park has achieved GOLD Certified Site status after completing our re-certification within the Iowa Certified Site Program. We are very proud of this designation and excited for the future possibilities for business expansion and recruitment to not only our site, but also the City of Charles City, Floyd County and our entire region.
